NUOVO Salon Group—constantly voted Best Salon in Sarasota for 35 years—is looking for a dynamic salon leader who can motivate themselves and others, has big plans for their career, and loves beauty and fashion. This is a position with room for growth to the executive level.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Proven track record and experience in a salon management (or other team management) role
● Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team’s performance
● Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task and handle pressure, with experience managing inventory
● Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Effectively lead, develop and coach a team, creating a positive work environment, training, and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving team member issues
● Resolve guest issues and provide exceptional guest service
● Educate guests on services and products
● Actively promote salon programs and promotions
As Sarasota’s first AVEDA salon, we introduced the Suncoast to the AVEDA Mission. This is a holistic approach to guest care that combines a high-fashion, high-style aesthetic with pure, relaxing, transformative products and rituals.
Compensación: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
